Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

gozetal is an online toolbox and communication product. The main API runs on service.gozetal.com; WeChat official-account callbacks remain on tool.beeniz.com. This Policy covers the gozetal end-user experience regardless of which of our domains handles a technical request.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the product, improve reliability, and protect accounts.

• Account & sign-in: WeChat subscription-account openid (when you confirm a login code), Google account subject / basic profile fields (name or email display) if you use Google sign-in, account id, tier, and last login time.
• Usage summaries (optional): If you enable usage history sync in the console, we may store short event summaries for translate / call / IP lookup (for example timestamps and coarse metadata). We do not store full translated text in those summaries.
• Product analytics: Anonymous or pseudonymous visitor id, path, locale, tool id, referrer, and coarse UTM tags when analytics is allowed.
• Technical logs: IP address, user-agent, request timing, and error diagnostics needed for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
• Call / realtime: Room signaling metadata and temporary WebRTC / TURN credentials. Media streams are peer-to-peer or relayed for connectivity; we do not use call audio/video to train models.
• Compute keys: Keys you create, online status of workers you connect, and related ownership records.
• Feedback: Content you voluntarily submit through feedback forms.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to:

• Provide sign-in, quotas, console features, and account security.
• Operate tools (translation routing, IP lookup, calls, workers) and keep them reliable.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and automated attacks.
• Understand aggregate product usage (with analytics consent where required).
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract (providing the service you request), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (optional usage sync, non-essential analytics cookies / similar storage), and legal obligations.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage for essential functions (language, theme preference, session token) and, if you allow, analytics. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, CDN, TURN) under contractual confidentiality.
• Identity providers you choose (WeChat / Google) as part of the sign-in flow you initiate.
• Authorities when required by applicable law or to protect rights, safety, and the service.

7. International processing

Servers and subprocessors may be located in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using gozetal you understand that processing may occur outside your home country.

8. Retention

Account records are kept while your account remains active. Optional usage history is deleted when you turn sync off. Security and operational logs are retained for a limited period needed for troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated. You may request deletion of account data as described below.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional features.

• Console settings: toggle usage history sync; sign out; manage compute keys.
• Cookie banner: accept analytics or continue with essential storage only.
• Contact [email protected] for access / deletion requests. We may need to verify your identity.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 (or the higher age required in your region). Do not create an account if you are under that age.

11. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as TLS in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your devices and sign-out on shared computers.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and material updates may be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
